AI Order Parser
When a customer orders through a Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp chat, you normally have to read the whole conversation and manually type everything into the order form — the name, the phone number, the address, which products, how many, and any special instructions. The AI order parser does that reading for you.
What it does
Open the new-order form and paste the raw customer message into the parser box — copy it straight from Messenger or WhatsApp, exactly as the customer wrote it. Click Parse with AI (or use Paste & Parse to read directly from your clipboard), and the AI reads the message against your own product catalogue and fills in:
- Customer details — name, phone number, address, city, and email if the customer included one
- Products and quantities — matched against the products you actually sell, not a generic guess
- Shipping fee and discount, if the customer or your page mentioned one
- A courier note — delivery instructions meant for the driver, such as "call before arriving" or "leave with the security guard," kept separate from
- An internal note — anything else worth flagging for your team, such as "gift wrap this" or "urgent, needs today"
- Payment method — cash on delivery or already paid online
- Advance or partial payment — if the customer mentions paying part of the amount upfront, along with how they paid it (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or card)
The form fills in automatically, but nothing is submitted for you. You review every field, correct anything that looks off, and then place the order yourself. The AI never creates an order on its own.
Why it's safe to trust
The parser is built to admit what it doesn't know. If a message doesn't mention an email address, a discount, or a shipping fee, that field is left empty instead of the AI inventing a plausible-looking value. You will never see a confidently wrong number where the AI should have said "not mentioned."
Handles real Bangladeshi chat language
Customers rarely write clean, formal messages, and the parser is built around that reality. It understands:
- Bangla, English, or mixed Banglish in the same message — for example, "Bhai 2ta blue shirt size L Dhanmondi pathaben"
- Misspellings and abbreviations — "blu shert" or "bl shirt" still match "Blue Shirt" in your catalogue
- Bangla product names, if that's how your customers refer to your items
- Quantity phrasing like "2ta", "1 piece", or "3 pcs"
- Bangladeshi phone number formats, including with or without the country code
- Delivery area mentions like "Mirpur DOHS" or "Uttara Sector 4"
Getting the best results
The parser's accuracy depends on how well your product catalogue is set up. It only matches against active products that have a SKU — products without a SKU, or marked inactive, are skipped entirely. For the most reliable matches:
- Give products specific, descriptive names ("Men's Cotton Polo Shirt – Navy Blue" rather than just "Shirt")
- Make sure every sellable product has a unique SKU
- Keep prices accurate and up to date
If your catalogue has generic names, missing SKUs, or several products that look alike, the AI has less to work with and matches will be less reliable — which is exactly when reviewing the auto-filled cart before submitting matters most.
What to check before submitting
Because the AI never guesses beyond what's in the message, always glance over:
- The customer's name, phone, and address for accuracy
- That every product and quantity the customer asked for was matched correctly
- The courier note versus the internal note — make sure delivery instructions ended up where your driver will actually see them
- Payment method and any advance payment, if one was mentioned
Once everything looks right, submit the order as usual.
