Offers, bundles and cash-on-delivery pages

Create pricing tiers (offers) that landing pages sell from, build custom landing pages from templates, and configure the checkout form with custom fields and payment methods.

Where to find it: Sidebar › Offers toggle to edit tiers, or Theme menu › Pages to create landing pages

Before you start

Landing pages are built the same way as your home page — sections, blocks, theme colours — but they have an offer ladder (pricing tiers), a checkout form with custom fields, payment options, and they hide the header and footer by default. They are meant for campaigns: "Buy 2, save 10%", "Summer bundle", "Gift sets".

You will need:

  • At least one custom page to add sections to. If you have none, create a blank one first.
  • At least one offer (a pricing tier) to sell from the page. Offers are store-wide, so one offer can be used by many landing pages.
  • The Order form section (built-in) on the page, which shows the checkout and payment choices.
  • (Optional) The Offer selector section, to let shoppers pick which tier they want before checkout.

Create an offer

Offers are the pricing tiers a landing page sells. One offer might be "Buy 2, save 10%"; another is "Bundle + free delivery". Every offer names the products it contains, the quantities, the pricing mode, and optional extras like free delivery or a comparison price.

  1. Open the designer and click the Offers toggle in the top bar (three horizontal lines icon in the sidebar).
  2. The left sidebar switches to the Offers panel. Click Add offer.
  3. A draft form opens in the sidebar with fields:
    • Name (max 160 chars) — e.g. "Buy 2, save 10%". This is what the shopper sees on the tier card.
    • Badge (max 60, optional) — a ribbon label, e.g. "সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয়" (Most popular) or "SALE".
    • Description (max 200, optional) — one line under the name explaining the tier.
    • Items — the products and quantities in this offer. Click Select products or Add products to open the picker.
  4. For each item, choose the product, optional variant ("Any — shopper chooses" or a specific variant), and quantity (1–999).
  5. Set the Pricing mode — choose one:
    • Sum — the products' prices added up.
    • Fixed — one price for the whole bundle. Type the bundle price in Bundle price.
    • Discount % — a percentage off the summed price (0–100). Type the discount in the Discount field.
    • Discount ৳ — a flat Taka amount off. Type Discount amount and it applies once per tier when the shopper orders.
  6. (Optional) Compare-at price — struck through on the tier card, never added to the total. Useful for showing the regular price when the tier is a sale or bundle.
  7. (Optional) Toggle Free delivery to offer free shipping on this tier.
  8. Toggle Default offer to make this the pre-selected tier when the page loads. Exactly one offer must be default; switching it clears the previous one.
  9. Watch for validation errors under each field (red text). The offer is held (not saved) until every field is valid.
  10. When all fields are valid, the offer saves automatically. The Offers list now shows it.

All the prices in an offer are worked out on the server at order time from live product prices — the browser only ever stores IDs and quantities. That way, if a product price changes, the offer price updates automatically.

Edit or delete an offer

  1. In the Offers panel, click the offer to edit.
  2. The editor opens. Change the name, items, pricing, or any other field.
  3. When done, the changes save automatically.
  4. To delete, scroll to the bottom of the form and click Delete offer. Confirm: 'Delete "<name>"? Order forms that show it will drop this tier. Undo brings it back until you close the editor.' Click Delete offer or Keep.

Deleting an offer removes it from the picker (shoppers cannot select it), but landing pages that use it stay as-is until you edit them.

Create a custom page or landing page

Pages are templates you build from sections, exactly like the home page. A landing page is a page type that hides the header and footer, shows the offer tier picker and order form, and is meant for a single campaign or product.

  1. Open the designer and click the theme menu (the store/theme label, top-centre).
  2. Select Pages. A dialog opens: "Pages" with a list of existing pages and an Add page button.
  3. Click Add page. The Preset gallery opens full-screen — a set of nine finished landing page designs you can pick from, or a blank page.
  4. (Optional) At the top, choose a product: Choose a product... Let's say you pick "Summer Dress". Every preset preview below now shows the tier ladder and offer priced against that product.
  5. Fill in the details:
    • Title — the page name (e.g. "Summer sale").
    • Handle — the URL slug (e.g. "summer-sale"). Auto-derived from the product or preset name, lowercase-hyphenated. Once created, you cannot change the handle.
  6. Choose a preset design card — for example, "Single product" or "Combo". The card shows a preview (live-rendered with your store colours and fonts). Click Insert.
  7. A blank page: click the Blank page card for an empty template.
  8. The page is created with its sections, and the designer switches to editing that template. The outline shows "Editing" chip on that page's name in the Pages list.
  9. Now build the page — add or remove sections, edit the copy, arrange the offer picker and order form.

By default, landing pages hide the header and footer (they show only the page content). To show them:

  1. In the outline, find the "Page" button (looks like sliders) on the template band header — next to "Sections" / "Back to sections".
  2. Click it. The outline switches to "Page settings" and shows two sections:
    • "Show on this page" — toggles for Announcement bar, Header, Footer. They default off for landing pages.
    • "Page theme" — colour scheme and token overrides for this page only (see below).
  3. Toggle the chrome you want to show. The preview updates immediately.
  4. Save manually as always.

Override colours and tokens on one page only

Landing pages can have a different colour scheme or theme than the store.

  1. In page settings (the "Page" toggle on the template band), find "Page theme".
  2. Choose a Color scheme from the dropdown — pick a different scheme to tint the page differently.
  3. Or click More... to open the full theme token editor scoped to this page only — colours, fonts, spacing, button styles. Changes here only affect this page, not the whole store.
  4. To reset all page overrides at once, click Reset page theme.

Set up the order form with custom fields

The Order form section is the checkout. You configure it in the inspector.

  1. Add the Order form section to the page (or it may already be there if you used a preset).
  2. Select it and look at the inspector on the right.
  3. Under settings, find Checkout fields — a list of fields that will be asked in order.
  4. Default fields are Full name, Mobile number, and Full address. Drag to reorder them, or edit/delete them:
    • Label — the field label the shopper sees.
    • Key — the internal name (lowercase, no spaces).
    • Type — Text, Phone, Email, Paragraph, Choice, Checkbox, Number. "Choice" creates a dropdown or radio buttons; "Checkbox" is for yes/no.
    • Required — toggle whether the field must be filled.
  5. To add a field, scroll down in the list and click Add row. Up to 20 fields.
  6. To add a "Choice" field (dropdown), type the options separated by commas in the options field, e.g. "Standard, Express, Overnight".

Order of the fields is render order — the first field the shopper sees. Reorder by dragging the field rows.

Set payment methods

The order form shows payment options to the shopper. By default, Cash on delivery is on.

  1. In the order form inspector, find Payment methods — a checklist.
  2. The options are: Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Card.
  3. Check the methods you want to offer. At least one is required.
  4. The order form shows them in the order you checked them.
  5. The shopper picks one; the payment method is recorded on the order.

Only Cash on delivery can be taken on the storefront (bKash and card payments are wired up elsewhere). If the shopper picks bKash, the order is created with status Awaiting payment, and a bKash link is sent separately.

Add the offer picker section

Shoppers need to choose which tier they want. The Offer selector section shows the tier ladder.

  1. Add the Offer selector section above the Order form (in a selling section, typically near the top).
  2. Select it in the inspector to configure:
    • Source — which offer list to show. Default is "This page's offers".
    • Layout — how the tier cards are arranged (grid or list).
    • Show savings — toggle to show the saving amount on each card.
  3. The shopper picks a tier from the cards, which becomes the "selected offer" that the order form below sells.

If the order form has showOfferPicker: true (a setting in the form inspector), it shows a compact tier list above the fields even without the separate picker section.

Preview and test the page

  1. In the Pages dialog (theme menu › Pages), find your page row.
  2. Click Preview (external link icon) — opens the page in a new tab on your storefront.
  3. Try filling the form, picking an offer, changing payment method. Nothing is submitted (it is a preview).
  4. Check: Do the offers show prices correctly? Do all the fields appear? Is the copy clear?

Delete a page

  1. In the Pages list, find the page.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Confirm: 'Deleting "<title>" also deletes its template and the <n> sections on it. Undo brings it back until you close the editor; publishing does not.'
  4. Click Delete page or cancel.

Deleting is permanent until you undo (Ctrl Z), but only while the editor is open. Once you close the editor or refresh, the page is gone. There is no archived pages list — you either keep or permanently delete.

Set up a bundle offer

A bundle offer combines multiple products into one tier — e.g. "Buy dress + shoes, save 10%". You can also tie an offer to a quantity threshold ("Buy 3 or more, get free delivery").

  1. Create an offer with multiple items:
    • Add item 1: "Blue dress, qty 1".
    • Add item 2: "White shoes, qty 1".
    • Add item 3: "Scarf, qty 1" (optional accessory).
  2. Set the pricing mode to Discount % or Fixed — the bundle price.
  3. Toggle Free delivery.
  4. Set as the Default offer if this is your main bundle.

The shopper sees one tier card (e.g. "Bundle: Dress + Shoes + Scarf, সেভ ৳500, Free delivery") and buys the whole thing at once.

For quantity-based bundles (Buy 2+ of one product):

  1. Create an offer with one item: "Blue dress, qty 2".
  2. Set a lower price (discount %) or fixed price for the pair.
  3. If you want to show progress ("2/3 items in your bundle"), add a Progress bar or similar custom section that reads the offer details.

Questions people ask

Can I sell the same offer on two different pages?

Yes. Offers are store-wide — they live on document.offers, not on the page. One offer can be the default on the summer-sale page and also appear on the year-end-clearance page.

What happens if I delete an offer?

It is removed from the picker (shoppers cannot select it anymore). Pages that used to show it now have a broken reference — you should delete the offer from those pages too, or switch them to a different default. The data of past orders is never affected.

Can I change a page's handle after I create it?

No. The handle is fixed once created — it is the URL slug (/pages/<handle>). To change it, you have to delete the page and create a new one with the new handle.

Do I need both an offer-selector section and the order-form's built-in picker?

No. Use one or the other:

  • Offer-selector section alone — big tier cards, prominent, good for campaigns.
  • Order-form with built-in offer picker — compact list above the fields, less visual.

If you add both, the shopper sees the tier picker twice.

What is the difference between "Landing" and "Page"?

Landing pages hide the header and footer by default and are meant for campaigns. Regular pages show chrome and are for permanent content (About, Size Guide, FAQ). Both are built the same way — the difference is the default chrome visibility and the psychological framing (landing = temporary offer, page = evergreen).

Can I charge a different delivery fee per tier?

Delivery fees are set globally in the Shipping settings, not per offer. But you can offer Free delivery on premium tiers and a fee on basic ones. The delivery fee is applied at order time by the shipping partner.

How are offer prices calculated if the product price changes?

Prices are recalculated on the server every time an order is placed — the browser never calculates money. If you raise a product's price, existing offers will include the new price for all new orders. Old orders keep their original price.
