Meta Ads Manager
Run your Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns without ever leaving Omnikyo. The Meta Ads manager lets you launch new campaigns, watch how they're performing, and keep your ad history tidy — all from one page.
Before you start
Meta Ads needs your Facebook Page and ad account connected first. If you haven't connected them yet, go to Settings → Integrations and follow the Meta connection steps there. Once connected, the Meta Ads manager becomes active in your sidebar.
The two tabs: Manage and History
Meta Ads is one page with two tabs at the top:
- Manage — a live table of your campaigns and ad sets, pulled directly from Meta. You can filter by status (active, paused, etc.) and pick a date range to see spend and results for that period.
- History — a record of past campaigns and their performance over time. Use this tab to review how older campaigns did, and to clean up and delete old campaign records you no longer need to keep around.
The Manage tab
The Manage tab shows your campaigns and, underneath each one, its ad sets. For each row you can see how it's performing over the date range you've selected, and filter the list down by status so you're only looking at what matters — for example, just your active campaigns.
At the top of the page is a Create campaign button. This is how you launch something new.
Creating a campaign: the 3-step wizard
Clicking Create campaign opens a guided wizard with three steps.
Important — campaigns go live immediately. There is no "save as draft" option. The moment you finish the wizard and confirm, your campaign is created on Meta and starts spending your budget right away. Double-check your budget, Page, and creative before you confirm the last step — you can't "undo" spend that has already happened, though you can pause or edit the campaign afterward.
Step 1 — Goal and structure
First, pick what you want the campaign to achieve:
- Sales — drive purchases on your store
- Traffic — send people to your store or a specific page
- Engagement — get likes, comments, shares, and page follows
Then pick how the campaign should be structured:
- Advantage+ (recommended for most sellers) — one simplified ad set where Meta's own AI automatically handles targeting for you. This is the easiest option and usually the best starting point if you're not sure which to pick.
- Test & Learn — creates 2–3 ad sets so you can compare a couple of variations against each other and see what performs best.
- Custom — up to 5 ad sets, for sellers who want more granular control over how their budget is split.
Note that there is no manual audience-targeting screen anywhere in the wizard — you won't be asked to pick age ranges, locations, or interests by hand. In every structure, Meta's automatic targeting decides who sees your ads. This keeps things simple, but it also means fine-grained manual targeting isn't available inside Omnikyo today.
Step 2 — Page, name, and budget
Next, choose:
- Which Facebook Page the ads should run from
- A name for the campaign (for your own reference)
- A daily budget, entered directly in Taka (Tk)
Your daily budget is the most important number on this screen — it's what starts spending as soon as you confirm the wizard, so set it deliberately.
Step 3 — Creatives
Finally, add the actual ad content:
- Pull images or video straight from your product catalog or your media library — no need to leave the wizard to find creative assets.
- Use the AI Write button to have AI draft ad copy automatically for a product you've selected. It's a fast starting point you can edit before publishing.
- A live preview of the ad shows you roughly how it will look to a customer as you build it.
Once you're happy with the creative, confirming this step launches the campaign — live, spending immediately, as noted above.
The History tab
The History tab is where you look back. It shows how past campaigns performed and gives you a way to clean house — deleting old campaign records you don't need cluttering up your view anymore. This doesn't affect anything currently running on Meta; it only manages the historical records inside Omnikyo.
How your results stay accurate
Every purchase that comes from your ads is tracked two ways at once: once directly in the customer's browser (the Meta Pixel), and once again from Omnikyo's own servers. Server-side tracking keeps working even when a customer's browser or network blocks the on-page pixel — which happens often with ad blockers and privacy settings — so your reported results stay more complete and reliable.
Omnikyo automatically matches the two tracking signals together for the same purchase, so you don't end up with the same sale counted twice in your numbers.
Pricing
Omnikyo is free to start — Tk 0 per month, no credit card required, no setup cost or per-seat fees. Omnikyo charges 0.9% to 2% of delivered orders only — nothing is charged on cancelled, returned, or undelivered orders. Cancel anytime. (Note: this is Omnikyo's own platform fee — it's separate from whatever you spend directly with Meta on ad budget.)
Tips
- Start with Advantage+ unless you have a specific reason to compare variations — it's simpler and Meta's automatic targeting is generally strong.
- Set a modest daily budget for your first campaign with a new product, then scale it up once you see it converting well in the Manage tab.
- Use AI Write as a first draft, then read it over and adjust the tone so it sounds like your brand.
- Check the Manage tab regularly in the first few days of a new campaign — since there's no draft mode, catching an underperforming campaign early and pausing it (from the campaign's status) is your main safety net.
