Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It is one screen that answers the questions every Bangladeshi e-commerce operator asks every morning: what did we sell, what's stuck, who owes us money, and which orders need a human decision right now.
Navigating Omnikyo
Everything lives inside a single dashboard. A sidebar on the left gives you roughly 30 views — Orders, Products, Inventory, Catalog, Customers, Team, the OmniCRM inbox, Meta Ads, OmniAI, OmniGen, the store Designer, Reports, Expenses, Settings, and more — grouped into logical sections. You only see the views your role has permission for; if your account can't access a section at all, it's hidden from your sidebar entirely rather than shown as locked.
Switching views does not reload the page — the app swaps the content area instantly, so moving between Orders and Reports, for example, feels instant even on a slow connection.
Bangla: সাইডবারে প্রায় ৩০টি ভিউ আছে, এবং আপনার রোল অনুযায়ী শুধু প্রাসঙ্গিক ভিউগুলোই দেখা যাবে।
The Overview Screen
When you land on the Dashboard, you see, top to bottom:
- A headline strip of six tiles summarizing the selected period
- An Active pipeline card showing where every order currently sits
- A Needs attention queue of orders that require action right now
- A Courier health card summarizing delivery performance
- A Cash in flight card showing outstanding COD money
- A top products card and a revenue chart
- A live clock, so the dashboard always feels current even without a refresh
You control the reporting period with the date range picker in the header. Everything on the page — except Needs attention, which is deliberately always live — recalculates for the range you choose.
The Headline Strip (6 Tiles)
Read left to right, the six tiles tell the story of the period as one sentence: what came in, how many orders carried it, what was left after cost of goods, what ads cost, what each order cost to acquire, and what you actually kept.
1. Sales
Every non-voided order placed in the period, shipping included. Below the headline number: Avg order value, and Shipping collected.
2. Orders
The count of non-voided orders, with total units sold alongside. Below: how many of those orders were Delivered (with the delivered share as a percentage), and units per order.
3. Gross profit
Gross revenue (sales minus the shipping you collected) minus cost of goods sold (COGS), shown with its margin. Below: the ex-shipping revenue figure and the COGS total.
4. Ad spend
Your Meta ad spend for the period, converted to Bangladeshi Taka and taxed according to your settings. A small cog icon on this tile opens a campaign filter — tick or untick individual Meta campaigns to include or exclude them from every ad-related number on the page. Below: ROAS (return on ad spend, e.g. "3.2x" means every taka spent brought back ৳3.2 in sales) and ad spend as a share of sales.
5. Ad cost/order
Ad spend divided by orders placed. Below: the same figure calculated per delivered order — the number that matters most, since on COD only a delivered order actually pays for the advertising that brought it in — and ad cost per unit.
6. Net profit
Gross profit minus ad spend, with its margin against sales. Below: profit per order and profit per unit. This tile turns red when the period is running at a loss. Note that day-to-day operating costs tracked in Expenses are not subtracted here — for the full picture, check Reports → Financials.
Each tile shows the percentage change against the previous equivalent period (an up or down arrow). No arrow appears when the comparison isn't meaningful yet — for example, partway through today.

Active Pipeline
This card answers "how much of what I sold is still at risk, and where is it sitting?" Orders in the selected period are grouped into four stages, ordered the way a parcel actually travels:
| Group | What it means |
|---|---|
| With you | New, Confirmed, Preparing, or Hold — waiting to be dispatched |
| With courier | Dispatched — out for delivery |
| Delivered | Cash collected or still due |
| Returned | Returned or Return Pending — came back to you |
A composition bar at the top shows the shape of the whole pipeline at a glance. Click any group to see the individual statuses inside it, and use the drill-through link to jump straight into Orders pre-filtered to that group.
Needs Attention
This is an action queue, not a report — it always shows the live, current state of your orders, regardless of whatever date range you have selected on the rest of the dashboard. It exists so nothing falls through the cracks between visits.
It surfaces orders that are:
- Stuck — dispatched but the courier hasn't reported an update in a while
- Return pending — a return is in motion and needs follow-up
- Unconfirmed — still sitting in New, waiting on a confirmation call
- Unbooked — marked Dispatched but never actually booked with a courier
- Due to ship today — orders scheduled to ship today (see Ship Later in the Orders guide)
- On hold — orders parked in Hold that need a decision
Each row shows a count and the total value at stake. Click any row to jump straight into Orders, already filtered to exactly those orders — no manual filtering required.
Courier Health
A snapshot of how your couriers are performing, over a trailing window:
- A composition bar splits your shipped volume into Delivered, Returned, and In flight (still moving).
- Return rate — the share of settled parcels that came back, with a trend indicator against the prior window. Anything above 10% is flagged.
- Delivery rate — the share of settled parcels (delivered + returned) that were actually delivered.
- Average transit time — days from dispatch to delivery, weighted so a courier with 500 deliveries isn't drowned out by one with 5.
- If you use more than one courier, a per-courier breakdown table shows sent, delivered, and returned figures side by side, so you can compare Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, and Paperfly directly.
A "Full report" link opens the complete Fulfilment report in Reports for deeper analysis.
Cash in Flight
Because 80–90% of orders in Bangladesh are paid Cash on Delivery, most of your revenue exists as cash sitting somewhere between the courier's bag and your bank account before it ever reaches you. This card exists specifically to make that money visible instead of guessed at.
The outstanding total is split into:
- With courier now — parcels currently out for delivery; the cash they'll collect hasn't reached you yet.
- Awaiting [courier] payout — orders already delivered, where the courier is holding the cash until its own remittance schedule pays it out to you. Not every courier reports this stage — if a courier doesn't share remittance data, a note at the bottom of the card tells you so rather than silently showing zero.
- Coming back as returns — cash you were expecting that is instead coming back to you as returned merchandise, not money.
Below the breakdown, the card also shows cash actually collected in a trailing window, so you can compare what's still owed against what has already landed.
Top Products & Revenue Chart
A ranked list of your best-selling products for the period (by quantity), and a chart plotting sales against ad spend over time so you can see at a glance whether growth in spend is translating into growth in revenue.
Refreshing Data
The dashboard loads once per visit and again whenever you change the date range. It does not silently poll in the background. If you want the very latest numbers without changing the date range, use the refresh control in the header.
