OmniShip — Courier & Delivery Management

Bangla: OmniShip

OmniShip is Omnikyo's courier and delivery management system. It handles the full journey of an order after it's confirmed — booking it with a courier, keeping its delivery status up to date automatically, and handling returns — so you don't have to log into a courier's separate portal to know what's happening with a shipment.

Supported couriers

Omnikyo supports four of Bangladesh's major courier services:

  • Pathao
  • Steadfast
  • RedX
  • Paperfly

Pathao and Steadfast are fully integrated today — for both, you get single-order dispatch, bulk dispatch, live delivery-status updates that sync automatically back onto the order, and full return handling, all without leaving Omnikyo.

Dispatching an order

From an order's detail view, choose a courier and confirm the shipment details. Once booked, the order is automatically marked Dispatched, tagged with the courier's name, and given a tracking code — no manual status updates needed. From that point on, delivery-status updates arrive automatically as the courier moves the package, so the order's status stays current without anyone checking a courier app.

Bulk dispatch

If you need to send out many orders at once, select them from your orders list and dispatch them together to the same courier. Each order is checked before sending — for a valid phone number and a complete address — and you'll see clearly which orders went through and which were skipped, along with the reason, so nothing silently fails.

Auto Fix for phone numbers

Courier bookings get rejected more often than merchants expect, and a badly formatted phone number is one of the most common reasons. OmniShip includes an Auto Fix helper that cleans up and normalizes phone numbers before a booking goes out — catching things like a missing leading digit, stray spaces, or a country code typed inconsistently — so bookings don't bounce back over a formatting mistake a courier's system won't accept.

Knowing who you're shipping to

Before you dispatch an order, especially for cash-on-delivery, it helps to know how reliably that specific customer has received deliveries in the past. OmniShip shows each customer's personal delivery track record as a simple, color-coded badge:

BadgeMeaning
ExcellentVery high delivery success rate with this customer
GoodReliable, mostly successful deliveries
AverageA mixed history — some deliveries succeed, some don't
BadFrequent failed or returned deliveries
RiskyA history of mostly failed deliveries

This is a nudge, not a block. Nothing stops you from shipping to a customer with a Bad or Risky badge — it's simply a signal to double-check the order by phone before dispatching, the same way an experienced staff member would flag it. It is not a fraud accusation and it never prevents a shipment on its own.

Returns

When a delivery doesn't go through, OmniShip handles the return process end-to-end for Pathao and Steadfast — the order's status updates to reflect the return, and you can track the returned shipment the same way you'd track an outbound one.

Letting your customers track their own delivery

Every order can be tracked from a public, brand-able tracking page — a link you can share with your customer so they can check their own delivery status (order placed, confirmed, preparing, on the way, delivered, or returned) without needing to message you directly. This cuts down on the "where is my order?" messages that otherwise land in your inbox every day.

A typical dispatch flow

  1. An order is confirmed and ready to ship
  2. You open the order and choose a courier — Pathao or Steadfast for full automatic tracking
  3. Before confirming, you glance at the customer's delivery track record badge
  4. Auto Fix cleans up the phone number if needed
  5. You confirm the shipment — the order is marked Dispatched with a tracking code
  6. Delivery-status updates arrive automatically as the courier moves the package
  7. Your customer can check progress anytime on their tracking page link, without messaging you
  8. If the delivery fails, the return is tracked the same way through to completion
