OmniAI — Your Business Assistant
OmniAI is your own AI assistant for running your business inside Omnikyo. Open it from the dashboard and ask it questions in plain language — it's separate from Nova, the AI that talks to your customers in your inbox. OmniAI works for you, the merchant, on your own data.
What OmniAI can do
OmniAI has three core capabilities:
1. Answer questions about your business
Ask OmniAI things like "how were my sales last week?", "which product had the best margin this month?", or "who are my top customers in Dhaka?" — OmniAI looks up your actual sales, orders, products, and customer data to answer, rather than guessing or giving a generic response. Because it's checking real numbers, you can trust the answers reflect what's actually happening in your store right now.
2. Answer "how do I...?" questions
If you're not sure how to do something in Omnikyo, just ask. OmniAI can search Omnikyo's help documentation to walk you through features and settings — the same kind of question you'd otherwise look up in a help center. This is useful when you're mid-task and don't want to stop and go searching for a guide.
3. Propose changes for your approval
OmniAI can also help you make changes to your own business data — for example, updating a product's price or correcting a customer's details. But it never makes a change on its own. Instead:
- You ask for the change, or OmniAI suggests one.
- OmniAI shows you exactly what it wants to change — the specific record and the specific fields, before and after.
- Nothing happens until you explicitly click to approve it.
- Only after your approval does the change actually get saved.
This proposal-then-approval step is the key thing to understand about OmniAI: it can prepare changes for you, but it can never apply them on its own. You always stay the one clicking "yes" before anything in your store's data actually changes. If you don't approve, nothing happens — the proposal simply sits there until you either approve it or move on.
Getting started
Open OmniAI from your dashboard and start typing your question or request in the chat box, just like messaging a colleague. You can:
- Ask a direct question about your sales, orders, products, or customers
- Ask "how do I..." for help using any part of Omnikyo
- Ask OmniAI to draft a change (like a price update), then review and approve it if it looks right
There's no special syntax to learn — plain language works. If OmniAI needs more detail to answer accurately (for example, a date range or which product you mean), it will ask a clarifying question before answering.
Why answers are trustworthy
OmniAI is built to check real data before it responds rather than making things up. When you ask a business question, it looks up your actual records to form the answer. When you ask a how-to question, it searches Omnikyo's own documentation rather than relying on general assumptions about how the platform works. And when it comes to changing anything, the approval step means you always have the final say — OmniAI can prepare and suggest, but you decide.
Pricing
Omnikyo is free to start — Tk 0 per month, no credit card required, no setup cost or per-seat fees. Omnikyo charges 0.9% to 2% of delivered orders only — nothing is charged on cancelled, returned, or undelivered orders. Cancel anytime.
Tips
- Be specific with dates and product/customer names when asking business questions — "last week" and "this month" both work, but naming the exact product or customer gets you a sharper answer.
- Use OmniAI for quick how-to questions instead of digging through settings menus — it's often faster.
- Always read a proposed change carefully before approving it, especially price changes — once approved, it's saved just like any other edit you'd make by hand.
- If a proposed change doesn't look right, simply don't approve it — you can ask OmniAI to adjust it and propose again.
