Checkout is the final step of a customer's journey on your store — where they confirm what they're buying, enter their delivery details, choose how to pay, and place the order. This page walks through how payments, delivery fees, and discounting work on your Omnikyo storefront today.

Payment Methods
At checkout, a customer can pay in one of two ways: Cash on Delivery (COD) or bKash. Both are available out of the box on every Omnikyo storefront. Alongside checkout itself, you also have a pay by link option for collecting payment outside the normal checkout flow — for example, an advance payment or an outstanding balance on an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is the payment method most customers in Bangladesh are used to: the customer doesn't pay anything at checkout, and instead pays the courier in cash when the parcel physically arrives at their door. It requires no setup and is available to every customer by default, which makes it the easiest option for building trust with first-time buyers.
bKash
Customers can also pay through bKash directly at checkout. Omnikyo's bKash integration handles the entire payment flow for you — from sending the customer into the bKash payment screen to bringing them back to your store once they've paid.
Critically, Omnikyo never simply trusts that a payment went through because bKash redirected the customer back to a "success" page, and a payment notification alone is never enough on its own either. Every bKash payment is confirmed by calling bKash's own systems directly — checking that the amount, the payment ID, and the order details all match — before the order is marked as paid. Only once that direct check with bKash passes is the order confirmed as paid.

Pay by Link
Sometimes you need to collect payment outside of a normal checkout — for instance, taking an advance payment before shipping, or collecting the remaining balance on an order that was placed with a partial payment. For these cases, you can send a customer a payment link.
When the customer opens the link, they land on a polished "slide to pay" screen — the customer drags a slider to confirm and complete just that one payment, without going through the rest of your storefront. This is especially useful for one-off collections tied to a specific order rather than a fresh purchase.
Bangla: কোনো অর্ডারের অগ্রিম বা বাকি টাকা আলাদাভাবে সংগ্রহ করতে চাইলে কাস্টমারকে একটি পেমেন্ট লিংক পাঠানো যায়। লিংকে ঢুকে কাস্টমার সহজেই "স্লাইড করে পে করুন" স্ক্রিন থেকে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে পারে।
bKash Refunds
If you need to refund a customer who paid through bKash, Omnikyo supports processing that refund through bKash directly, rather than requiring you to handle it manually outside the platform. Refunds can be partial — you're not limited to refunding the full order amount — and Omnikyo keeps track of how much of an order has already been refunded, so you always know what's left.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees on your storefront are exactly two flat rates, and nothing more: a flat rate for deliveries inside Dhaka, and a flat rate for deliveries outside Dhaka. There is no weight-based or distance-based calculation involved anywhere — just the one rate that applies based on which of the two zones the delivery address falls into, applied automatically at checkout.

Discounts: Combo and Bundle Deals
Omnikyo's storefront has no coupon or discount-code system at all. Discounting works entirely through the combo and bundle deal builder — offers you set up yourself, built directly around how your products are bought together. For example:
- "Buy any 3, save 20%"
- "Spend Tk 3,000, get Tk 500 off"
These deals apply automatically at checkout when a customer's cart qualifies, without them needing to remember or enter any code. The discount amount a shopper sees on a qualifying cart is guaranteed to match what they're actually charged — the same calculation is used everywhere it's shown, from the storefront to the final order total, so there's never a mismatch between the offer and the bill. This keeps discounting tied to actual purchasing behavior you want to encourage, rather than one-off codes that are easy to leak or overuse.
Bangla: কুপন কোডের বদলে ওমনিকিও-তে "কম্বো" বা "বান্ডেল" অফার সেট করা যায় — যেমন "৩টি কিনলে ২০% ছাড়" বা "৩,০০০ টাকার কেনাকাটায় ৫০০ টাকা ছাড়"। কাস্টমারের কার্ট শর্ত পূরণ করলে ছাড়টি এমনিতেই যুক্ত হয়ে যায়।
Omnikyo's Pricing
Omnikyo is free to start — Tk 0 per month, no credit card required, no setup cost or per-seat fees. Omnikyo charges 0.9% to 2% of delivered orders only — nothing is charged on cancelled, returned, or undelivered orders. Cancel anytime.
