Answers to questions about what Kyo and OmniGen can do, what it costs, and how safe they are.

Can OmniAI see my data or other shops' data?

OmniAI can see only your business's data — orders, products, customers, stock, ads, sales, expenses and AI memory facts. It cannot see other shops' data. When you ask OmniAI a question about your business, it reads only your information and answers based on that. All data stays within your account.

Is OmniAI free?

OmniAI is included in your Omnikyo subscription at no extra cost. There are no per-question fees, usage meters or surprise charges. You can ask as many questions as you want (there are safety limits to prevent loops, but a merchant asking all day will not hit them). OmniGen uses your own Google Gemini API key, so any generation cost goes to Google, not Omnikyo.

Can OmniAI delete orders or permanently remove data?

No. OmniAI cannot delete orders, customers or products. It can create orders and products, change fields, change order status, and process returns — but everything is either immediate (for storefront changes) or needs your approval first. For data you want removed (like a customer record), you must delete it yourself from the dashboard.

Does OmniAI change things without asking?

Most changes need your approval. OmniAI proposes a change in an approval card — you see exactly what will change before you tap Approve. A few things happen immediately without approval: storefront draft edits (design, sections, themes), product creation via the chat, publishing a draft to live, and changing AI memory. Everything else waits for you to say yes.

Does OmniAI remember what I said before?

OmniAI has two kinds of memory. Within one chat, it remembers every message in that conversation — you can refer back to earlier questions. Across chats, it remembers facts and rules you saved in Settings › AI memory. These stay until you delete them. Without saved facts, each new chat starts fresh.

Why does OmniAI give wrong numbers sometimes?

OmniAI reads real numbers from your orders, sales, products and ads. If a number is wrong, it is usually because: the underlying data is stale (the last sync was a few hours ago), you are looking at a different date range than OmniAI, or OmniAI misunderstood your question. Always check numbers in the dashboard to be sure. Tell OmniAI the correct number and it will remember for future chats.

Does OmniAI speak Bangla, English and Banglish?

Yes. OmniAI mirrors your language — if you ask in Bangla, it answers in Bangla; English stays English. It writes in natural phone-typed Banglish if you use it. You can also set a default language in Settings › AI memory › Profile if you want the same language every time, even if you ask in another one.

Why is there a Pro toggle?

The Pro toggle turns on a stronger model that can read images from your messages. Standard tier does not need Pro — it handles chat and data queries fine. Pro costs nothing extra but uses more resources; you only pay for it when you send an image. Turn Pro on, attach an image, and OmniAI will analyse it and answer.

Can staff members use OmniAI?

Yes, if the owner grants them the page.omniai permission in Team. They can ask questions and OmniAI will answer about the business. However, when they approve changes (like moving an order or pausing an ad), OmniAI checks if they have permission for that specific action. An staff member can ask about profit but may not be able to approve a price change if they don't have product edit permission.

Can OmniAI publish my storefront or change my store name?

OmniAI can publish storefront drafts (designs, custom sections, themes) to live instantly — no approval card. It can also change some settings directly: store name, logo, SEO title, description, delivery fees inside and outside Dhaka, ad currency and tax, and custom domains. Everything else in Settings needs the owner to do it. For big changes like turning off the store, ask the owner.

What does OmniGen cost?

OmniGen is free from Omnikyo. Image generation is billed by Google (the owner's Gemini API key pays for it). You can generate as many images as you want — the cost depends on which model you pick. Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 3 Pro are cheaper; Imagen 4 (photorealistic) costs more. Google bills monthly to the owner of the API key.

Whose API key does OmniGen use?

OmniGen uses a Gemini API key stored on your store's settings. Usually the owner sets it up. The owner goes to Google AI Studio (aistudio.google.com), gets a free API key, and an admin pastes it into Omnikyo Settings (the field is not visible to most users). All generations are billed to that Google account.

Can I save OmniGen images to Media?

OmniGen does not save images to your Media library automatically — you must download them and upload them yourself. Click Download to save the image as a PNG file, then open your Media library and upload it there. From Media you can use it in products, ads, or store pages.

Can I use OmniGen images in ads or on products?

Yes. Download the image from OmniGen, upload it to Media, then use it like any other image — add it to product photos, create an ad in Meta Ads, or put it on a store page. OmniGen images are yours to use however you want.

Are there copyright or commercial limits on OmniGen images?

OmniGen uses Google's Gemini and Imagen models. Google's terms say the images you create are yours to use commercially (sell, advertise, modify). There are no Omnikyo limits on commercial use — the limits come from Google's terms. Do not ask OmniGen to copy famous artworks or real people's faces.

Why does OmniGen only make one image at a time?

OmniGen generates one image per request — you cannot ask for 5 images in one go. To create multiple images, generate one, download it, then generate the next. This keeps the cost predictable and the feature simple.

What image sizes does OmniGen support?

OmniGen offers five aspect ratios: 1:1 (square, good for feeds), 16:9 (landscape, good for banners), 9:16 (portrait, good for stories/reels), 4:3 (classic), and 3:4 (poster). The actual pixel size depends on the model — Imagen 4 generates larger, more detailed images; Gemini models are smaller.
