Order statuses at a glance
Each order moves through statuses as it is confirmed, prepared, shipped, delivered, or cancelled. You can change an order to any allowed status by hand, or courier updates move it automatically.

All order statuses

The statuses appear in tabs across the top of the Orders list, showing how many orders are in each. Only statuses you can have (based on your setup) show as tabs. Status filters do not include Hold — use the "Shipping" filter "Due to ship" to see orders scheduled to ship soon.
Bulk status changes
When you select multiple orders, you can change all of them to the same status at once. The bulk menu shows only statuses that every selected order is allowed to move to. If two orders have different allowed transitions, only their common options appear — for example, if one is Confirmed and another is Preparing, only Hold and Cancelled appear.
Automatic status moves from couriers
When Pathao or Steadfast sends updates, an order can move automatically. A parcel marked "delivered" at Pathao becomes Delivered; a failed delivery becomes Return Pending. These moves happen in the background as webhooks arrive — you do not change the status yourself.
