What it shows

The Orders & Sales report has four headline cards at the top, followed by charts and tables. The cards show: Sales (the total value of orders in the period), Fulfilment (how many delivered, returned), Payments (cash on delivery vs prepaid), and Timing (busiest hour and day). Below these are trend charts, a heatmap of when orders arrive by day and hour, how customers pay, which channels bring orders, and how couriers perform.

The four headline cards

Sales card. The Sales figure is the total of all non-cancelled orders (their full amount, not just what you have collected). The Orders button opens a detailed breakdown by status and channel. Below the headline are: Orders (count of non-cancelled orders), Avg order (sales ÷ orders), Sales a day, Orders a day (shown with 1 decimal), Best day (the highest-sales day, with the date), and Cancelled (the value and count of cancelled orders, marked "Not counted in sales").

Fulfilment card. Shows Delivery rate (the % of orders that were delivered, with the % returned as a caption). The Orders button opens delivered orders. Figures: Dispatched (orders now on their way or past), Delivered, Returned, Return rate, Not sent yet (orders still waiting to ship, as a count and %), and On hold.

Payments card. Shows Prepaid orders (the % of orders paid in advance, with the count of prepaid vs total orders). Figures: COD orders (count), Prepaid (taka), COD value (taka), Methods (count of payment methods used), and Paid, returned (returned orders that had an advance or cash collected).

Timing card. Shows Busiest hour (the hour of day with the most orders, with the count and % of all orders in the period). Figures: Busiest day (the day with the most), Quietest day, Morning (06:00–12:00), Afternoon (12:00–18:00), Evening (18:00–24:00), and Overnight (00:00–06:00).

The heatmap: when orders come in

The heatmap shows every order's hour of arrival by day of the week, running Saturday to Friday (Bangladesh's week). Darker squares mean more orders. Hover or tap a cell to see the exact count. Use this to:

  • Plan staffing: if orders peak between 7pm and 9pm, have someone answering during those hours.
  • Run ads when customers shop: bid hardest at the times when order volume peaks.

Sales and orders trend

A line chart showing both sales (in taka) and order count over the period. Hover a point to see the exact figures for that day, previous day and the day before. When the period spans more than one grain (e.g. many weeks), a Day / Week / Month toggle appears; choose the grain that fits your view.

From order to doorstep (funnel)

Shows the path from every order placed to delivery: Placed (all non-cancelled), Dispatched (sent to a courier), Delivered (reached the customer). A narrowing funnel shows the % that move through each stage. This is the same funnel shown on the Overview page.

Every order, by status (ledger)

A table showing orders grouped by their current status: New, Confirmed, Preparing, Hold, Dispatched, Delivered, Return Pending, Returned, and Cancelled. Columns:

  • Status — the order's current stage
  • Orders — count
  • Worth — total sale value of those orders
  • Cash in — total cash collected + advance payments on those orders
  • In sales? — whether these orders count toward the sales figure: "in progress" (pre-delivery), "cash earned" (delivered), "partial only" (some orders have cash), or "excluded" (cancelled)

Footer rows show Sales (all but cancelled) and Everything created (all orders, including cancelled). A note explains that delivered cash is the P&L Revenue and cancelled value was demand lost.

How customers pay

A breakdown chart (part-of-whole) showing orders split by payment method: Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and other methods you've recorded. Hover to see the count and % of orders using each method.

Orders by channel and courrier

Two bar lists sit side by side (stacked on a phone).

Orders by channel shows which sources bring you the most orders. Each row shows the source name, order count, Sales (total value), and Delivery rate (% delivered). Click a row to drill down and see that channel's orders broken down by status. The bottom shows a link to expand if more channels exist.

Couriers by delivery success shows each courier's success rate (delivered ÷ dispatched). Each row lists: courier name, delivery count, return count (as a number and value in taka), and Avg fee (the average courier fee per parcel). Click a row to drill down and see that courier's orders. Couriers with fewer than 5 parcels are not shown. The page notes "Best courier" next to the courier with the highest success rate among those with at least 5 parcels.

Channel performance table

Lists every channel as a row (search to filter). Columns: Channel, Orders, Sales, Avg order, Delivered, Returned, Delivery rate. Click a row to open the drill-down and see that channel's detailed breakdown. 10 rows per page.
