See, export and print the orders behind a number

Every number in a report is made by orders. Click it to see which ones, search for a customer, narrow the list with filters, open an order, and save the orders as CSV or the whole report as PDF.

Where to find it: Sidebar › Reports › open any view › click a headline figure or a row in any table

Who can do it: Anyone who can open Reports (the page.reports permission).

See the orders behind a number

Click any headline figure (a big number like Tk 45,000) or a bar, row or name in a breakdown list, and a drawer slides from the right. The drawer shows a Total (the figure you clicked), then a breakdown by Source, Status, Courier, Payment, City, Product, Customer or Day — tap By <dimension> to switch. Below that is a list of orders, each one a link to the full order page.

The breakdown is usually Source (your sales channels) when you first open the drawer. Tap a breakdown row to filter the whole drawer to just that row. For example, tapping a courier shows only that courier's orders. A Product narrows to that product; Day zooms the dates in to show just that day. A Customer closes the drawer and opens the Orders page searched for that customer.

Each order in the list shows: the order number, status and how long it has been there ("Preparing for 2d"), the customer's name and city, the date, and the order value (green or red depending on profit).

At the bottom, numbers below the breakdown say "N of M" — the orders shown against the total for this figure.

Open an order from the drawer

Click any order number in the list, and it opens the full order page in a new context. The drawer stays open so you can go back.

Filter and search the orders

Above the order list are two controls:

  • Search box ("Order, customer or city") — type to find an order by its number, customer name or city.
  • Sort by — tap Newest, Value or Profit to reorder the list.

The search is live: type as you go.

Each filter chip you apply (like "Source: Messenger") stays at the top of the drawer with a × to remove it. When you have more than one, a Clear all button removes them all at once.

Show more orders

At first, 50 orders appear. When there are more, a Show more orders button near the bottom steps up to 200, then to 500. The button is disabled while you are filtering or while new data loads (happens when you apply or remove a filter).

Ask Kyo about this figure

If the Ask Kyo about this button (sparkle icon) is visible at the top right of the drawer, the assistant is enabled. Tap it to ask Kyo why the figure changed from the period before, what is driving it, or what to do about it. Kyo answers beside the chat, and the drawer closes.

Export the orders behind a number as CSV

Tap Export orders as CSV (the download icon at the top right). The file downloads as <metric>-<from>-to-<to>.csv (for example, sales-2026-10-01-to-2026-10-07.csv), in UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so Excel reads Bangla names correctly.

The export grabs up to 5,000 of the newest orders. If there are more than that, the app shows a toast: Exported the newest N of M orders. The file includes these columns: Order, Created, Status, In status since, Customer, City, Source, Payment, Courier, Units, Order value, Sales, Cost of goods, Profit.

Good to know: These figures are on a "goods basis" (product sales minus cost of goods only, no delivery fees or ads). So the total in the CSV may not match the headline Revenue or Net profit — those are P&L figures.

Export a report as a PDF

Some report pages have Export buttons at the top right:

  • Overview — two buttons: Export Overview (just this page) and Full Report (six sections: overview, financials, orders, products, customers, storefront).
  • Orders & Sales — Export Orders button.
  • Products — Export button.
  • Customers — Export button.
  • Financials — Export button.
  • Storefront Analytics — Export button.
  • Fulfilment & Courier and Storefront Live have no export button.
  • Report Studio exports results as CSV, not PDF.

Click the Export or Export <view> button. A dialog appears: Export report — "A print-ready PDF of this period's analytics." It lists what is in the PDF: Charts & visualizations, Reconciled figures, Full data tables, Print-ready layout. Buttons: Cancel and Generate PDF.

Generate the PDF and download

Tap Generate PDF. The dialog shows progress as it works through four steps: Preparing (loading fonts and templates), Rendering (drawing charts and typesetting each section), Assembling (composing the document), Saving (finalising your download). This takes a few seconds.

When done, the dialog shows Report ready — "Your download has started." — and the PDF file automatically downloads to your computer.

File names are:

  • omnikiyo-overview-<yyyy-mm-dd>.pdf for Export Overview
  • omnikiyo-audit-report-<yyyy-mm-dd>.pdf for Full Report
  • omnikiyo-orders-<yyyy-mm-dd>.pdf, -financials-, -products-, -customers-, -storefront- for the individual report PDFs

(The date in the file name is today's date, not the date range of the report.)

If export fails

If the PDF fails to generate, an error message appears inside the dialog. Close it and try again. For Full Report, if any section fails to fetch, that section is logged to your browser's developer console only — the dialog closes without saying why.
