Storefront Analytics and Storefront Live

Storefront Analytics shows visitor numbers, conversion rates and which products and landing pages drive the most sales. Storefront Live shows who is browsing your store right now.

Where to find it: Sidebar › Website › group Online store › Storefront Analytics (below Contact form); Storefront Live is next to it (tag Beta)

What Storefront Analytics tracks

The report counts visits to your Omnikyo online store only. It tracks page views, product views, collection views, cart additions, checkouts started and purchases. Bots and automated crawlers are filtered out (identified by user agents like "bot", "crawler", "puppeteer" or "facebookexternalhit"). Sessions end after 30 minutes of no activity; a visitor is identified by a browser id stored locally.

Orders placed through the store are tied to the visit, so the report can show which sources and landing pages led to sales.

The four headline cards

The Visitors card counts distinct people who visited the store. The Conversion rate is the share of visits that ended in a purchase. The Carts left behind card is the share of carts that were never finished at checkout. The Top source card names the traffic source that sold the most; before any sale it names the source that sent the most visitors.

From visit to purchase funnel

The funnel shows how many people at each stage: sessions, then product views, adds to cart, checkouts started, and purchases. The biggest drop is where to work first to improve conversions.

Visitors and purchases trend

The Visitors and purchases chart shows the number of distinct visitors each day (area) with the purchase count overlaid (line), so you can see whether sales correlate with traffic.

Traffic by source and Revenue by source

The Traffic by source bar chart ranks traffic sources by session count, with each source's conversion rate and revenue. Sources are named by where they came from: Direct (no referrer), Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, a custom UTM source name, or Referral (other).

The Revenue by source chart ranks them by sales, so you can see which sources bring both traffic and buyers. A source with many visits and little revenue is traffic that does not convert.

Products table

The Products table lists every product with store activity in these dates. Click the Views column header to sort by how many times the product was viewed, or Bought to see your best sellers. The Converts column turns green at 5% conversion or higher (healthy), amber at 2% or higher, and muted below that (most page views turn into a small share of sales).

Landing pages table

The Landing pages table shows the pages visitors arrived on first. A landing page's conversion is the share of visits that started there and led to a purchase.

Collections table

The Collections table shows each collection's view count, how many visits started in that collection, and the sales it led to. The Converts column shows the share of visits that landed in the collection and bought.

Storefront Live

Storefront Live refreshes every 30 seconds and shows what is happening right now on your store. The page is tagged Beta because it is still in active development.

The Live visitors figure caps at 40 (the page does not show "40+" if more are active). A visitor is "live" if their browser sent activity in the last 75 seconds. The page shows the Active pages where live visitors are browsing, the Last 5 minutes of activity (purchases, carts, checkout starts), and an Active sessions table with each visitor's current page, device type and traffic source. The Recent activity list shows the latest 20 events (page views, product views, collection views, cart additions, checkout starts, purchases, searches, WhatsApp clicks, contact form submissions).

The status pill at the top shows Live, Reconnecting (when the poll failed), or Live disabled (when your store is off or events are not being tracked).

What is not tracked

Website connections (Laravel, PHP or custom sites) are not in these reports; they send Meta events only. Purchases made outside the store (phone orders, manual orders) do not appear unless you tie them to a store session by hand.
