The Sales, Ads and Profit cards
The Dashboard's three headline cards sit at the top: Sales, Ad spend and Net profit. Each shows a big figure and four smaller ones, all clickable to explain what they are and how they are worked out.

Sales card
The Sales card shows total money from orders placed in the chosen date range.

| Sales (headline) | All the money from orders placed in these dates, including the delivery fee customers pay. Cancelled orders are not counted. | Sum of all included order totals |
| Orders | How many orders customers placed in these dates. | Count of included orders |
| Avg order | How much a customer spends in one order, on average. | Sales ÷ Orders |
| Delivered | Orders the courier has already handed to the customer. Only these are paid on cash on delivery. | Count of orders with status Delivered, shown as a share of total orders |
| Delivery fees | The delivery charge customers paid you. It is counted in sales, but it is not profit: it goes to the courier. | Sum of shipping fees on included orders |
When the range includes the previous period, Sales, Orders and Avg order show a change arrow (green for an increase, red for a decrease). The arrow does not appear on ranges ending today before 23:00.
Ads card
The Ad spend card shows the cost of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads and how much you earned for each taka spent.

| ROAS | Sales you got back for every ৳1 spent on ads. Higher is better: 6x means ৳6 of sales for each ৳1 of ads. | Sales ÷ Ad spend |
| Per order | How much advertising it took to get one order. | Ad spend ÷ Orders |
| Per delivered | Ad cost for each order that actually reached the customer and was paid. Keep this below your profit per order, or the ads lose money. | Ad spend ÷ Delivered orders |
| Per unit | Ad cost for each item sold. | Ad spend ÷ Items |
The headline shows a caption below the Ad spend figure: NN% of sales when Meta is connected, or Meta unavailable if the connection failed. When you exclude campaigns using the gear button, it reads N campaign(s) left out. A change arrow is never shown for Ad spend, ROAS or the per-cost figures.
Profit card
The Profit card shows what you kept after paying for the products and ads.

The headline shows NN% margin (Net profit margin) below the Net profit figure. The figure turns red when profit is negative. No change arrow appears for any profit figure.
Clicking a figure
Tap or click on any headline figure or slot label to open a small explanation box. The box shows the figure's name, one plain sentence of what it is, and the numbers behind it in this period's own figures (for example, "৳1,200 sales ÷ 10 orders" for Avg order).
Hover with a mouse shows a dotted line under the label, signalling that it is clickable. On a phone, the explanation box stays open until you tap elsewhere.
