Who can see the dashboard

The Dashboard needs the page.dashboard permission. Everyone who can open it sees every card and number, with no per-card hiding.

Permission needed

Opening the Dashboard requires the page.dashboard permission. Owners always have it. In the team access editor, this permission lives under the Overview section in the Dashboard row.

The editor shows it as a single Read checkbox under the Dashboard module. When you grant Read for Dashboard, the team member can open the Dashboard from the sidebar and access everything on it.

What the permission shows

A member with page.dashboard sees:

• All headline cards: Sales, Ad spend, Net profit, with all figures and change arrows.
• All profit figures: Gross profit, Product cost, Gross margin, Net margin, Per order (profit), Per unit (profit).
• All ad figures: ROAS, Per order (ads), Per delivered, Per unit (ads).
• The Sales and ad spend chart.
• The Orders by status card.
• The Top products list.
• The Needs attention list (with live, date-range-independent orders).
• The Courier health card and return rate comparison.
• The Cash in flight card with outstanding and collected figures.
• Drill-down links (the cards that link to Orders or Reports).
• The date range picker and range controls.

There is no per-card or per-figure hiding. A member with the permission sees profit and cash figures the same as the owner.

When a member cannot open the Dashboard

If a team member has no page.dashboard permission and tries to open the Dashboard:

1. They are silently sent to the first page in the sidebar (in sidebar order) that they have permission to open.
2. If they have no permission to any page at all, a red toast appears: Access Denied / "You don't have permission to access any pages. Please contact your administrator."
3. The page redirects to Sign in.

The redirect happens on load; the member never sees the Dashboard itself.

On a phone

The Dashboard layout stacks into one column on narrow screens. The sidebar becomes a drawer opened from the header. A member without page.dashboard permission cannot open the Dashboard drawer to reach any page.
