A tour of the dashboard
The dashboard is where you spend most of your time. It has a sidebar on the left with all the pages you can visit, a header on top with search and quick buttons, and your page content inside a card.
Where to find it: Open Dashboard from the sidebar after you sign in
The sidebar (left side)
The sidebar is a menu of every place you can go. It stays open on desktop; on a phone it is a drawer that opens from the header button.
Sections: The sidebar is divided into sections: Main (Dashboard, Orders, Products group, Media), Business (Customers, Meta Ads, Expenses, Reports group), Website (Online store group), CRM (Inbox & CRM group), Tools (OmniAI, OmniGen), and System (Settings, Team). Some items are collapsed groups; click the group name to open and close it.
Your name and role: At the top of the sidebar footer is your initials and full name in a button. Click it to see your email and phone, switch to another account, go to Settings, or sign out.
Setup rail: While your store is being set up, a Set up your store progress rail appears at the very bottom of the footer, with a progress ring showing how many steps are left (for example 1/5). Tap it to continue setup.
Theme button: At the footer on desktop is a Theme button (a moon or sun icon). Click it to switch between light mode, dark mode and System (the default).
What you can see: Items the member does not have permission to use are hidden. A group with no visible items is hidden. Sections with no visible items are hidden. Development-only items (Debug, Phone Debug) never show in production.
Colors and icons: Each item has an icon. Groups show their icon on the closed state; opening the group shows its contents indented below. The current page is highlighted.
The header (top)
From left to right:
Sidebar button — A three-line menu button. On desktop it is always visible and toggles the sidebar closed (to icons only) and open. On a phone it opens the sidebar as a drawer and the button changes while the drawer is open.
Search box — Search or jump to… (on a phone it says just Search). Click it or press Ctrl + K (⌘ K on Mac) to open the command palette. Type an order number, customer name, product name or page name to find it. Search is instant as you type.
Ask Kyo — A green orb button (on a phone it is smaller). Click it or press Ctrl + J (⌘ J on Mac) to open the OmniAI chat panel beside any page. A green dot means an answer arrived. An amber count means approvals are waiting for you. The button is hidden while the panel is already open or while you are on the OmniAI page.
Refresh button — A circular arrow. Tap it to reload the data on the page you are looking at. The button shows the last time data was refreshed: "Refresh data" (first load), "Updated just now", "Updated 12s ago", "Updated 4 min ago", "Updated 2h ago"; while working it shows "Refreshing…"; and on success "Up to date".
New Order — A button (label hidden on phones, icon only). Click it to create an order by hand. If your account is read-only, the button is disabled and its tooltip explains why. A yellow Account Read-Only: banner also appears above the page content.
The content card (middle)
The content is inside a rounded white card. The card is scrollable; the rest of the dashboard (sidebar and header) stays fixed. When you click a sidebar item, the view inside the card changes without reloading the whole page.
The Settings drawer
Click Settings in the sidebar user menu, or from the sidebar item. Settings opens as a wide drawer that slides in from the right, covering the page content. Press Esc to close it, or click outside it (unless a dialog or menu has focus). A Search settings box at the top helps you find the page you need. Changes are saved with Ctrl/Cmd + S or when you close the drawer; if you navigate away with unsaved changes, a confirmation asks first.
Error handling
If a page fails to load, a message appears: This section failed to load. The rest of the dashboard is still available. with a Try again button. Click it to reload. One page's failure does not block the rest of the dashboard.
If you do not have permission to open a view, a toast says Access Denied and you are moved to the first page in sidebar order you can use.
On a phone
Sidebar: The sidebar is a full-screen drawer opened from the header button. Choosing an item closes the drawer and shows the page. The drawer does not remember being open; it closes on every navigation.
Bottom sheets: Pages with forms (like creating an order) may open as a bottom sheet (a panel sliding up from the bottom) instead of taking the whole card. Swipe down or tap outside to close it.
Ask Kyo orb: On a phone, the Ask Kyo orb is smaller and draggable to either screen edge. Tap it to open the chat.
No pinch zoom: Pinch-zoom (enlarging by spreading two fingers) is disabled on purpose. Instead, the text is sized to be readable without zooming.
