Getting started with Omnikyo
Omnikyo is free to start. You create an account, meet Kyo (your AI setup guide), build your store in one minute, then finish five quick steps to go live.

Your first day, step by step
The first-day flow has four stages. Each one takes a few minutes.
-
Create your account. You sign up with your email and a password, or with Google. You choose a name, email and phone number. That's it — no card needed.
-
Meet Kyo. When you sign in, Kyo (the Omnikyo mascot) greets you on a full-screen welcome stage. Kyo talks you through four quick questions: your store name, what you sell, and then Kyo builds a live store for you. The whole thing takes about a minute.
-
Open your dashboard. After the welcome stage, you see the dashboard — the place where you run your whole business. Kyo opens a chat panel showing you the five setup steps you need to finish.
-
Complete five setup steps. Each step is one real task: add your first product, open your store in a browser, connect a courier (Pathao or Steadfast), connect Facebook for ads, and place a test order. Kyo guides you through each one.
What Kyo does
Kyo is your AI setup guide. On your first day Kyo shows you the welcome stage (the store-building questions) and then opens a chat with five setup missions. For each mission, Kyo shows you a button that takes you to the right page, tells you what to do there, and ticks it off the moment you're done. Kyo also sits in a dock at the bottom right (or bottom on your phone) so you can ask questions along the way.
After the first day, Kyo stays in Omnikyo as Ask Kyo — a built-in AI assistant who can answer your questions and make changes to your business.
Creating an account
Open Omnikyo on your phone or computer. On the home page, choose Start Free. You see a Sign up form.
- Your name: at least 2 characters.
- Email: you use this to sign in.
- Phone: a Bangladesh mobile number (6+ digits). This is how couriers reach you.
- Password: at least 6 characters.
You can also choose Continue with Google instead — Google supplies your name and email, but you still enter your phone number.

The welcome stage
When you sign in for the first time, the screen fills with the welcome stage instead of the dashboard. Kyo dances and welcomes you, then asks four questions.
Step 1: Store name. Type a name (at least 2 characters, up to 40). This becomes your web address. Kyo shows you what it will look like — for example, yourstore.omnikyo.com. You can change this later.
Step 2: Category. Choose what you sell: Clothing, Bags, Beauty, Food, Gadgets, Home, or Something else. Kyo picks a look and adds three sample products matching that category.
Step 3: Building. Kyo builds your store (about 3–4 seconds). A checklist ticks off: Choosing a theme, Adding sample products, Setting up checkout, Publishing your store.
Step 4: Live. Your store is now live. You see its address in a box with Copy and Open buttons. Tap Open to see it the way a customer will.
Then choose Let's set it up to go to the dashboard.
The dashboard
The dashboard is where you manage everything: orders, products, inventory, customers, reports, ads, and settings. On your first day, Kyo's setup chat opens automatically on the right side.
The dashboard has:
- Sidebar on the left: all the pages you can visit (Orders, Products, Customers, etc.), grouped into sections.
- Header on top: a search box, a refresh button, New Order, and Ask Kyo.
- Main content card: the page you're on (usually this scrolls; the rest does not).
- Kyo's setup chat on the right: the five missions, one by one.

The five setup steps
Kyo shows you these steps in order. You do not have to finish them all at once; you can come back later.
- Add your first product. Name, price, a photo, and how many you have in stock. The sample products disappear when you add your first real product.
- See your store. Open it in a browser or on your phone. Share the link with friends.
- Connect a courier. Choose Pathao or Steadfast and enter your keys. Orders can then go straight to the courier.
- Connect Facebook and Instagram. Add your Meta pixel so your ads learn who buys from you.
- Get your first order. Place a test order from your own store to see how it works.

Sample products
When you build your store, Kyo adds three sample products to your store so it does not look empty. For example, if you chose Clothing, the samples are a linen shirt, a cotton kurti, and a silk scarf.
These samples stay in your store until you add your first real product. Then they disappear on their own. You do not have to delete them.

Your first business and login
One login = one business. You own that business. If you want to add team members, you can invite them from the Team page — they sign in with their own email and see only what you allow them to see.
Your login email and phone are always visible in Settings. You cannot have two logins that both own the same business.

Phone and mobile app
Omnikyo works on your phone in a browser (Safari on iPhone, any browser on Android).
For Android, there is also a free app you can download from Omnikyo without using the Play Store. The app is faster than the browser. You get alerts when orders arrive.
