Where to find it: Orders › open any order › scroll to the Payments card › New payment Who can do it: Any member of the business with write access Prerequisites: bKash must be enabled and verified in Settings ▸ Payments ▸ bKash

Send a payment link when you want a customer to pay in advance or to collect the remaining amount after partial payment. The link is a fresh bKash transaction — the customer's choice of payment method on the original order does not affect it. You can have only one active link per order at a time.

  1. Open the Orders page and click the order number to open its details.
  2. Scroll down to the Payments card.
  3. Click New payment. A dialog opens showing the order number and two choices: Full amount (the due amount) or Partial (custom amount).
  4. Choose Full amount to request payment for the entire remaining balance. Choose Partial to enter a custom amount in BDT.
  5. If you chose Partial, type the amount you want to collect.
  6. A preview shows what the customer will pay: Customer pays followed by the taka amount.
  7. Click Create link. The link is generated and displayed as a full URL (example: https://omnikyo.com/pay/abcd1234…).
  8. Copy the link and send it to the customer by email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other channel.

The link works only for this order. The customer does not need to be signed in to pay.

What the customer sees

When the customer opens the link, they see a payment page titled Secure Payment. The page shows the order number, the total amount due, any advance already paid, and the remaining due. A slide-to-confirm button starts the bKash checkout. After paying, the customer sees a "Payment cleared" confirmation and a "Return to merchant" button.

A payment link expires 48 hours after creation. After expiry, the customer cannot pay via that link. You can send a new link at any time by clicking New payment again.

  1. Open the Orders page and click the order number.
  2. Scroll to Payments and click the History button (or the row showing the amount paid).
  3. In the payment history modal, find the active link and click the red Revoke icon (trash symbol).
  4. Confirm the revocation. The link status changes to Revoked and the customer can no longer use it.

A revoked link is marked Link off (red badge). You can create a new link immediately if needed.

The Payments card shows:

  • New payment button when the order has a due amount and no active link.
  • Copy and open icons next to New payment if a link is already active.

When a customer opens the link without paying yet, it shows as Opened. When they pay, the status changes to Paid and the order's payment fields update automatically.

See all payment attempts

Click History at the bottom of the Payments card. A modal lists every payment attempt on this order: each link, when it was created, its status (Active, Opened, Paid, Expired, Revoked), the amount requested, when it expires, and how many attempts the customer made to pay.

If a customer's payment attempt fails, the status shows Failed with an error message. The link remains active and the customer can retry. The error typically comes from bKash (e.g. insufficient balance, network timeout) — share it with the customer if needed.

If the link expires before the customer pays, send a new one by clicking New payment again.

Questions people ask

Yes. You can copy and send the same active link as many times as needed — the URL is the same. The customer can retry if their first attempt failed.

Check the History modal — the payment should show as Paid within seconds. Refresh the page if needed. If it is still stuck on Pending after a few minutes, click Recheck bKash payment (the refresh icon next to the payment badge) to sync the status manually.

No. The amount in the link is fixed when created. To request a different amount, revoke the link and create a new one.

Yes. The link is permanent until it expires or you revoke it. Customers can open it anytime within the 48-hour window.

Refunds are processed separately. The payment shows as Paid on the order, and a Refund entry appears in the history. See Refund a bKash payment for the full process.
