Cash in flight and Courier health panels
The bottom row of the Dashboard shows live cash sitting with couriers and each courier's delivery performance over the last 30 days.

Cash in flight panel
The Cash in flight card groups all money that is moving right now — not yet in your hand.
Outstanding (hero number)
The top number, Outstanding, is the sum of the three rows below: the total exposed cash waiting for you.
With courier now
With courier now — "N parcels, last 5 days" — shows the collectible cash on parcels dispatched in the last 5 days and still moving. This is COD money (the amount due) on orders that are Dispatched but not yet Delivered. Orders dispatched more than 5 days ago are left out because payment is past normal reconciliation (the merchant usually has confirmation from the courier by then).
Value is the sum of the order total minus any advance payment on those orders (floored at 0).
Awaiting [courier] payout
Awaiting [courier] payout — "N delivered" — appears only when a courier has sent at least one paid/settled status update (such as "Paid" from Pathao) on a Delivered order. It counts orders delivered in the last 30 days that are not yet marked paid by that courier, valued at the cash collected (or the amount due when no cash was recorded). Only couriers that report payment states show this row.
The label names the couriers; if there is more than one, they are separated by " / " (e.g. "Awaiting Pathao / Steadfast payout").
Coming back as returns
Coming back as returns — "N pending" — shows the total order value on orders in Return Pending status.
Collected, last 30 days
Below the three rows is a footer showing Collected, last 30 days. This sums cash collected from Delivered orders in the last 30 days (or the amount due for orders where cash was never recorded).
Couriers that do not report payouts
At the bottom, if a courier never sends payment status updates, a note appears: "[Courier] does not report payouts, so that cash is not tracked here." Whether a courier counts as reporting payouts depends on whether it has sent a "Paid" status for any delivered order; Pathao does. This note explains why Awaiting payout may not show a row for a courier.
Empty state and errors
- Empty state: "No cash in flight." — The merchant has no Dispatched, Return Pending, or recently Delivered orders.
- Error: "Couldn't load cash in flight." — The dashboard has a retry button. If the error persists, the previous figures stay on the card.
Courier health panel
The Courier health card shows each courier's performance: how many parcels they delivered, how many came back, and how long delivery took.
All figures cover parcels handed to a courier in the last 30 days.
Outcome bar
The top bar shows the split of Delivered (green), Returned (red), and In flight (grey) for all couriers combined. The percentages total 100% of all parcels sent.
Key stats
Three stats appear under the outcome bar:
- Return rate — returned parcels (Returned or Return Pending) as a percentage of parcels that are either delivered or returned; above 10% is flagged in red. A small note "N pts" shows the change vs the previous 30 days (up or down with an icon).
- Delivered — the percentage of orders that reached Delivered status (out of all delivered + returned orders that settled). Shows "N sent" to name the total.
- Avg transit — the mean days from dispatch to Delivered; shown as "n/a" if no orders have delivered yet.
Courier table
When more than one courier is connected and has sent parcels, a table appears with one row per courier:

Empty state and errors
- Empty state: "No parcels handed to a courier in the last 30 days." — No orders have been dispatched to a courier, or all have been from more than 30 days ago.
- Error: "Couldn't load courier health." — Appears if the query fails; a retry button is available.

A Full report button opens the Fulfilment & Courier report, which has deeper breakdowns by city, delivery speed by stage, and estimated courier costs.
